Service Terms
King Bless Computer Repair provides computer repair, maintenance, and related technology services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:
- You authorize our technicians to perform the requested services on your device(s).
- You acknowledge that repair services may involve risks, including potential data loss.
- You are responsible for backing up your data before service. We are not responsible for data loss during repairs.
- You certify that you are the legal owner of the device or have authorization from the owner to request services.
- You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered.
- Estimated completion times are approximations and not guarantees.
Repair Warranties
Our repair services come with the following warranties:
- Hardware repairs are warranted for 30 days from the date of service.
- Software repairs are warranted for 14 days from the date of service.
- Warranties cover only the specific issue repaired and do not cover new problems or issues caused by user actions.
- Warranties are void if the device shows signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair attempts after our service.
- Parts replaced during repair carry their manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are as follows:
- Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.
- For business clients, invoicing with payment terms may be arranged.
- Devices may be held until payment is received in full.
- Diagnostic fees may apply even if you choose not to proceed with repairs.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices left for repair must be collected within 30 days of notification that the repair is complete. Devices not collected within 90 days may be considered abandoned and may be recycled, donated, or sold to recover repair costs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Bless Computer Repair shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.
- Damages resulting from acts of God, power failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree to:
- Use the website for lawful purposes only.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the website's functionality.
- Not use the website to transmit malware or other harmful code.
- Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.
